Preparation time: 24 to 48 hours Once you receive the "ready for collection" message, it will be available for in-store pickup. Please have your order number ready to collect it.

In the event that any item arrives broken due to shipping, we would need the following images to proceed with the shipping claim:

Without these three images, we could not make any claim against the transport company and therefore could not provide any solution to the problem.
