General terms and conditions of sale:

1. Scope of application

The following general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) will govern all orders placed through our online store. Our online store is exclusively for consumers.

Consumers or users are individuals acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business, craft, or profession. Entities without legal personality acting on a non-profit basis outside the scope of any commercial or business activity are also considered consumers.

An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a company with legal capacity, who acts for a purpose related to their commercial, business, trade or profession activity.

2. Contractual parties, conclusion of the contract, possibility of correction

The counterparty to the purchase agreement is Luis Adrián González Abad / The store that must not be named.

The presentation of products in the online store constitutes a legally binding offer. You can first add our products to your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order using the correction tools provided and explained during the ordering process. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the products in your shopping cart. Order confirmation will be sent via email immediately after you submit your order.

3. Contract language, contract file

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract are: Spanish, English

We retain the contract text and send the customer the order details and our Terms and Conditions by email. The customer can also consult the Terms and Conditions at any time. Orders already placed are not accessible online for security reasons.

4. Delivery conditions

Shipping costs will be added to the prices shown for the products. You can find more information on the shipping costs tab.

You also have the option to buy and collect in store (cost €0)

5. Payment

Our online store initially offers the following payment methods:

Credit card

When you place your order, you simultaneously transfer your credit card details to us. Once you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, your credit card issuer will automatically process the payment, charging your card.

After confirming your order, you will be redirected to the supplier's website. To pay the invoice amount, you will need to log in with your credentials and confirm the payment order in our favor.

The payment will then be processed automatically. You will be provided with more information during the ordering process.

8. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform, which can be accessed at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before an arbitration body.

9. WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS ON PARTY/CHRISTMAS PRODUCTS, BOOKS, JEWELRY, SIGNED PRODUCTS, FOOD, COSTUMES AND ACCESSORIES.

11. In the event that the customer needs to change something in their order, the return shipping is at the customer's expense and they have 15 days to return it.

IN CASE OF RETURN OF A PRODUCT, A VOUCHER WILL BE GENERATED FOR THE AMOUNT OF THE PRODUCT (NOT THE SHIPPING) TO SPEND IN THE ONLINE STORE, WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE AND NO MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

12. In the event that any item arrives broken due to transport, we would need the following images to proceed with the shipping claim:

• Photograph of the shipping box showing the label.
• Photograph of the inside of the box, showing the purchased items with all the padding and protection used.
• Photograph of the damaged item.

Without these three images, we would not be able to make any claim against the transport company and therefore we would not be able to provide any solution to the problem.




13. At event entrances:

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND THE EVENT, THIS TICKET WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. PLEASE, DEAR MAGICIANS, CHECK YOUR SCHEDULES.




14. Pre-sales are final. They cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
